| Clover was a perfect choice for our recent vacation in Palm Desert. It was pure pleasure to walk into such a welcoming home. All we had to do was unpack our suitcases, (what generous storage - everywhere!), put food in the fridge (spotlessly clean, of course!), place some liquid refreshments in the bar fridge (how nice is that?), plug our ipod into the stereo system (wow!), put on our bathing suits and jump into that sparkling pool. Our holiday was launched. I must not forget to mention the tranquil garden. We picked grapefruit for breakfast! Oh my. How lovely. What a stroke of luck it was when I came across Upscale Vacation Homes…you and Colin are as accommodating and charming as your well located properties. Put me and my family at the VERY TOP of your referral list. We’re already counting the days to next year. |

| Regarding our stay in Opal last week: What a wonderful surprise to be the first guests in Opal. The home is beautifully furnished---- great comfy furniture, flat screen TV's in living room and all bedrooms, lovely bed linens on very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The openess of the home to the secluded pool area and garden make it truly a great vacation home. The hummingbirds and butterflies as well as the singing birds were quite lively and fun to watch throughout the day. I am assuming they loved the flowers and trees that surrounded the yard. The wonderful weather last week also added to the great week we had. We love the area as it is so accessible to the many restaurants and golf courses we frequent. We felt very much at home for the week and loved how comfortable and cheerful it was. A great relaxing time for our family. As you know, my father and mother are "senior" citizens and it is always important for us to choose a home they will feel comfortable in as they are not golfers but very much enjoy the pool and spa. It is a perfect home that appealed to our entire family. Thank you for the pleasure! We look forward to next year!! Everything was truly wonderful!!! You and Collin sure make a great team---- he can fix anything and you are the queen of interior design. What a great combination. Your taste is impeccable!!-- You think of everything!! |

| I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail regarding our recent stay at Fleur! We had an absolutely fabulous stay there. We really like to cook (and eat!) so the highly equipped kitchen was a god-send! The house if furnished beautifully and very clean. I can tell that you look after the house with the utmost of care and thus your guests repay this to you in spades - they show equal care. The pool is not just a pool but a captivating oasis in the desert. We spent 30% ofour time literally in the pool! The location was unbeatable for explorimg the area - it's at the centre of Palm Springs, Indian Wells and LaQuinta. There is an amazing gourmet grocery stire right around the corner that we shopped at regularly for fresh organic produce. Thanks so much for thinking like a guest when you put this "package" together! This is more than just a house...it's a vacation experience! |

| Sue and I wanted to say “Thank-You!” for making our stay in the desert so nice on our recent visit. Thanks to your efforts we were able to stay at Wisteria. We very much enjoyed the lush garden setting of the back yard and the proximity to all the nice amenities at the River and El Paseo. Another gem in your crown of beautiful homes! |

| The house we were in ( English Cottage) was nice. Location was good. We made friends with the neighbours, as we had to borrow a big pan to make spaghetti for 10 Golfer guys. Everyone had a good time. See you next time. |

| We had a great time during our month at Fleur. We really enjoyed the private back yard and neighborhood and convenient location. The audio/visual systems were really nice as well. We really hated to leave. Thanks again for everything. We'll stay in touch and hope to make some plans for next year. |

| Carole, We had a great time in Wisteria the week of April 5th to 12th. We hope to return next year. Last year we were in Heather and We will want to stay in one of your other homes, as we would like to experience all your homes. Again, thank you for the lovely homes you provide. |

| We just returned from our vacation in Palm Springs. What a beautiful area. We rented the Wisteria house from Carole Smith and it was perfect. The location was central enough that all courses we played were easily reachable in about 20 minutes maximum. Excellent dining and shopping was within walking distance of the house. The house itself offered complete privacy. On several nights we sat by the pool and enjoyed drinks, conversation and reminiscing. I would definitely recommend this house and service to any of my friends / colleagues that are thinking of going to the Palm Springs area. |

| Dear Carole, We got home safely and one the way home we hiked in Palm Canyon. It was a beautiful cool day in the canyon. We enjoyed our time in the Heather Cottage. Once we opened the door we knew that we would be comfortable there and that is was clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated. My husband is a pretty good at billiards and was happy to see the table. We look forward to coming back soon. Thank you so much. |
